Providing you a holistic, sustainable approach to detoxing. Our whole foods detox gives you a individualized and simple approach to cleansing, clearing, invigorating and revitalizing your life. Don’t like detoxes? Cool...think of this as a whole foods plan! We tailor your plan based on your individual needs and experience, guiding you week by week all the while creating sustainable habits that last far beyond the challenge.

Done for you Meal Plan, Recipe Book and Grocery Lists

We created an exciting meal plan and recipe book that includes GREAT TASTING foods that boost your energy and metabolism. Real food does NOT have to be boring, not with us anyway!
You can’t out train a bad diet. As I say, a good training program starts in the kitchen. Any training program that doesn’t come with a nutrition component will fail, so we built a nutritional framework that’s flexible and fits your lifestyle. No more “rabbit food” diets, this meal plan rocks! We understand how juggling a busy life and getting that sometimes you just need someone to show you how or tell you what to do, this is where we have you covered. The Wellness Series guides you through the nutrition and detox section of the challenge, in person, every Saturday. Can’t make it every Saturday? No problem! What Is The Fee For This Challenge?

Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs.
I don’t have a lot of weight to loose...Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 5 to 10 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and community environment at Ascend Body.
What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens and maybe it’s more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. Just be sure to let us know and we get you into as many sessions as possible.
What Will Be Required?
Jump in 100%! During the 30-days you are encouraged to workout 3 - 5 times a week or at our studio, plus any additional workouts we give you (i.e. hiking, biking, yoga) while tracking your eating and following your custom nutrition plans. Come to as many Saturday sessions as you can.
What Are The Workouts Like?
Boost sessions are 10 participants or less. We focus on movement quality; strength, metabolic core conditioning, stability and a touch of cardio….lots of activity with little rest. Don't worry the workout is customized to YOUR ability, there will be a progression or regression for each exercise in the small group setting so each person is getting THEIR particular needs met. No yelling, no shouting, this is Holistic exercise!
